- Punctuality and regularity in attendance are essential. If a student is absent for at least 2-3 days, the school management should be notified without fail. In case of illness, a Medical Certificate should also be sent.
- Students who expect to reach home late after school due to personal reasons must inform their parents/guardians in advance.
- Entry into school premises is not permitted before 7:00 a.m. Late arrival will be permitted between 8:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. the gate is closed completely by 8:15 am
- A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible to sit for the examination.
- Students must come to school in neatly laundered uniforms and polished shoes. The hair should be trimmed and the nails must be cut regularly. Girls with long hair should make plaits. Skirts should be worn Knee-length. Only pin earrings are allowed.
- Students are not allowed to use school phones without permission. If for any reason a student brings a phone to school, it should be submitted to the Head of Studies before classes begin.
- Damaging school property and belongings is highly prohibited.
- In the event of collective damage to school property in the classroom, the entire class will be charged the cost of the damage. A vigilant outlook should be maintained toward keeping the surroundings clean. All waste papers should be picked up and thrown into the dustbin. And after the break period, a student from each class should empty the class bin into the main bin on the corridor available on every floor.
- Students are not allowed to leave the class without a class exit and permission from the teacher. Students should move in a way that no child is disturbed.
- A student must speak a decent language all the time. He must ensure that his speech is courteous.
- Students are expected to bring their books according to the timetable.
- Any communication sent by the school must be acknowledged by the parent/guardian.
- While taking the examination every scholar should do so with utmost honesty. All form of Examination malpractice is vehemently prohibited.
- English is the major medium of instruction and communication. To acquire proficiency in spoken English, all students must compulsorily converse in English in school (and at home as far as possible).
- A student must extend due courtesy and respect to all members of staff. Respect for elders and affection for juniors should be soundly inculcated. Every child is expected to uphold the name & honor of the school.
- Students must report any incident of bullying and rag to the teachers immediately.
- Be aware that the school has a zero-tolerance policy on bullying, harassment, and all forms of abuse, including sexual misconduct.
- Students should avoid self-medication. Students who bring medication from home, for diagnosed ailments, must submit such drugs and the prescription to the school nurse or staff in charge of health. The school nurse or school personnel with health designations will ensure that the students can use their prescribed drugs, when due. This will ensure that the drugs are taken according to the prescription.
- Students must make proper use of the toilet facilities. Open defecation is prohibited. The school will ensure access to sanitary toilet facilities, while it is the responsibility of the students to use them well. The school personnel (health teachers and sanitation personnel) will carry out routine checks on the toilets and other places to ensure that sanitation is maintained at all times.
